Great Hornbill (I think!) at the Delhi Zoo.
I say it is the Great Hornbill, but I might be wrong. If I am wrong perchance and you happen to know exactly what kind of hornbill this really is, please feel free to correct me. Thanks! 🙂
… and I’m not well. I find my current state resonates with Mr. Crocodile here.
Indian-ringnecked Parakeet ( P. krameri manillensis) enjoying the view.

Last month, I blogged about my visit to the Delhi Zoo
here, here, and here.
I was accompanied on the trip by my dear friend Sandipon of
Half Light Praxis who also managed to capture some rather interesting moments. Like this fellow here:
Do check out more photographs from our visit to the zoo
I wish I could have managed to get a better picture, but it was too far and there was only so much I could do with a kit lens. I’m planning, or rather, hoping, to buy a new lens sometime. Let’s see if I can manage to save/salvage enough money. 🙂
I recently visited the Delhi Zoo. Found this beauty there.
